Our fees are paid by the lender. Short Sale Negotiation fees are concessions given by the lender. They are a line item on the HUD-1. Lenders are eager to work with our staff because we work hard to make their job easy!

Realtors

Our fees are paid as a portion of the commission. Our share is approximately 16% of the gross commission. A small price to pay for having the top company in the business do your negotiating for you!
